In the winter of 2018, I took a class called Research, Data, and Insights. My class was put into groups of three. The class client was the Chicago Cultural Alliance. The problem they wanted us to solve was to identify areas that the CCA can continue to engage their target audience and identify areas where there may be potential gaps in communication. We had to use different research methods (as shown in the PowerPoint below) to solve their key problem. As a result of our research, we were awarded second place out of six teams.
