In the fall of 2017, I took a copywriting class. The class client was Maxwell House Coffee. The problem that our class had to solve was Maxwell House’s branding issue. My partner, Maddie Hauser, and I big idea was to target millennials by using the cost factor. We came up with the tagline, "I brew at home..." to show that brewing coffee at home will save you money to do fun things on the weekends. Out of 9 teams we made top 3.
